If you are visiting Kauai and are looking for a church while you’re here or live here and are interested in checking us out.
We meet every Saturday night at 5 pm and Sunday morning at 8:45 am.
We’re very easy to find, just about a block east of Kalaheo Cafe, on the same side of the street, right on the main highway @ 4480 Hokua Rd, Kalaheo

KMC Sign

We have a variety of parking options: There is a small lot in front of the building, a lot behind the building, a large gravel lot just past the building on the left, and “Kauai Style” parking on the flat grass areas surrounding our building 🙂

We are a casual group of people, so come as you are

and you’ll fit right in.

We are a multi-generational Ohana spanning from Birth to 97 years old (and counting).

kmc-ohanaWe are a multi-ethnical tapestry of first, second, and third generation people from countries all over the world.

A robust menu is served before our Sunday service starting at 7:30 am and after the service at 10:15 am
On Saturday night we share a meal after the service for those who want to hang out

Food and drinks are free for all our first-time guests.

Most Sunday’s include vegetarian and/or vegan options

on the menu!

Our Bistro Bar offers a nice variety of hot and cold drinks.

Our services consist of passionate praise and worship. Our Kahu (Pastor) teaches through books of the Bible with an emphasis on practical application.

Right now he is going through a Harmony of the Gospels and teaching on the Life and Ways of Jesus.

We have supervised activities for children that run during our Sunday service for ages from Birth through Middle School.

A crying room/nursing mothers room is available with a video feed on Saturday night.

What we believe:

About the Scriptures
We believe the entire Bible is the inspired Word of God and that men were moved by the Spirit of God to write the very words of Scripture. Therefore, we believe the Bible is without error.

About God
We believe in one God who exists in three distinct persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. We believe that Jesus Christ is the second member of the Trinity (the Son of God) who became flesh to reveal God to humanity and to become the Savior of the lost world.

About Humanity
We believe that all people were created in the image of God to have fellowship with him but became alienated in that relationship through sinful disobedience. As a result, people are incapable of regaining a right relationship with God through their own efforts.

About Salvation
We believe that the blood of Jesus Christ, shed on the cross, provides the sole basis for the forgiveness of sin. Therefore, God freely offers salvation to those who place their faith in the death and resurrection of Christ as sufficient payment for their sin.

About the Christian Life
We believe all Christians should live for Christ and not for themselves. By obedience to the Word of God and daily yielding to the Spirit of God, every believer should mature and be conformed to the image of Christ.

About the Church
We believe that the church is the body of Christ, of which Jesus Christ is the head. The members of the church are those who have trusted by faith the finished work of Christ. The purpose of the church is to glorify God by loving him and by making him known to the lost world.
We are a part of the Missionary Church USA Denomination.

A variety of media to help you
Connect with Jesus
Grow in Jesus
Serve Jesus

Life Groups

We believe that active participation in a small group is critical for your spiritual health as a part of the Body of Christ.
Gathering in groups creates an atmosphere  to grow in our understanding and application of God’s plan for our lives. We have a number of small groups meeting during the week.
Check the calendar for the dates and times of our current groups.

We have regular prayer gatherings that help us lay an important foundation of reliance on the Father.
We have quarterly prayer events that reach our to our community.

Youth Groups

Our youth meet every Tuesday night at the church building
from 7 – 9pm
We have a
Middle School Group
( 6-8th grades)
and a High School Group.

Kupuna Ministry

Every Friday from 9am – 1pm we have a special time of ministry to honor our kupuna (seniors).
They have a time of exercise, worship, Bible Study, crafts, special classes, presentations from various community organizations, and a home made lunch.
It’s a wonderful time of fellowship and support!

Mahalo for your support of
Kalaheo Missionary Church
It’s exciting to see what God is doing in and through the KMC Ohana.
Because of your financial support and generosity, you are planting seeds that will enable us to impact our community for Jesus, spread the Gospel to the Nations, and provide a church home for you and others.
As you step out in courageous faith to give to His work, may Philippians 4:19 be reflected in your life:
“And my God will supply all your needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus.”
Mahalo for answering the call to contribute to God’s work here at KMC.
“While every gift is appreciated, it is the strength of recurring giving that blesses us the most and enables us to consistently help people to Connect with Jesus, Grow in Jesus, and Serve Jesus.
Mahalo for partnering with us to impact our community, Island, and the world for Christ.”
